A to Z Legal Services delivers end‑to‑end legal and paralegal solutions across California (Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside & San Bernardino counties):

Civil Marriages: Bilingual officiant, certified license, ceremony planning & coordination

Divorce Proceedings: Contested or uncontested petitions, custody arrangements, support agreements

Notary Public & Apostille: Mobile services, certified translations, minor consent forms, power‑of‑attorney documentation, trusts & deeds

Paternity Establishment & Name Changes

Process Serving: Legal document notification

Business Formation: LLC, corporation, DBA, EIN registration, licenses, operating agreements, publication notices

Tax Services: Federal/state e‑file returns, extensions, ITIN application/renewal

General Document Processing & Referrals: As needed, with attorney referral when appropriate

All services are priced per transaction, based on case complexity.

3. Intellectual Property & Licensing

All content—forms, layouts, text, images, logos and related assets on www.azlegal.us and in our offices—remains the exclusive property of RC BROTHERS INC unless expressly stated otherwise.
You are granted a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license for personal use in connection with the contracted services. Any reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

4. Termination & Suspension

RC BROTHERS INC reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account or service in cases of:

Violation of these Terms & Conditions

Fraudulent or improper use of resources

Provision of false or misleading information

Conduct undermining legal compliance or operational integrity

User’s express request

Upon termination, users retain downloaded documents at their own risk; access to online forms and digital assets will be revoked, unless otherwise required by law or separate agreement.

5. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising from or related to A to Z Legal Services’ offerings shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Los Angeles County, unless the parties agree to an alternative dispute‑resolution mechanism.

6. Amendments to the Terms

RC BROTHERS INC may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on www.azlegal.us and become effective upon publication. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

A to Z Legal Services acts solely as a paralegal provider and does not replace licensed legal representation. No specific outcome is guaranteed. Clients are responsible for reviewing all generated documents and complying with applicable deadlines. RC BROTHERS INC shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages arising from use of its services, except as expressly mandated by law.
